Since his election to the Carson City Council in 2015 and his service as Mayor Pro Tem, Dr. Hilton has championed initiatives that have delivered tangible results. He has helped drive over $4 billion in community investment into Carson, supported small business recovery during the COVID-19 pandemic, and worked to improve emergency response systems, expand green spaces, and advocate for equitable educational opportunities.
